I ordered the sandwiches online and pick up at Northlake branch. Each time they charge the staff, who make sandwiches, today the sandwiches were very tiny and not much of meat and veggies. I felt that I had been ripped off. It is very expensive, I will not order again enough to for jersey mike.
They dont accept cash no restrooms or even a place to wash your hands before eating they dont offer french fries only bags of potato chips the straws look like coffee stir sticks the sandwich had plenty of meat but was rather blaw

I bought a giant sub on 6/11/21
I was informed it was double points day being enrolled
In the program
I was awarded the normal 12 points when I checked back 6/14/21
I spoke to the manager and to my surprise he recalled

I'm from New Jersey and i never heard of Jersey mikes.
Place sucks anyway, don't waste your money.
Overpriced garbage. Waited 45 minutes to try the new store that opened up near me. Not only did they overcharge us, they forgot my son's kids meal. Don't waste your time, I will go to our local Nardelli's that is amazing. I mean I paid $9.45 for my "Club Sub" that had one piece of turkey and one piece of ham on it.... VERY lacking. My husband paid $15 for his "giant" chipotle cheese steak grinder... but no chipotle sauce ? or mayo? Whats up with that? Never again. I can make sandwiches at home ten times better than that.... such a waste of money. Lesson Learned.
I went to the Goodyear location for the first time today. Since it was 100% give back to a local charity I thought why not. My order was wrong and disappointing. They didn't give me the bread that I ordered on one of the sandwiches, the bread was hard as a rock on one of the ends of two sandwiches and the meat favored one side of the sandwich which left the other side bareish. They skimped on sauce and peppers and the cheese wasn't even melted. If it wasn't for the Children's hospital charity today I would of asked for my money back. I won't go back and spend $15 on a sandwich again and suggest that if you order you make sure to open it before you even leave the restaurant.
The online ordering system did not relay the correct order through it's system and the result was the bread and toppings were wrong on eight sandwiches. The store manager and district manager refused to accept any responsibility and shifted blame solely on the customer. Previously I gave this place five stars but downed it to one based on the manager's and district manager's responses to what seems like a glitch with the company's online ordering system.
We do not have a Jersey Mikes near out community, but we stop at one most every time on our frequent road trips out of town. Those are mostly in MN and we have found the staff is very friendly, (part of the reason we return), or at the very least don't act like they hate their job. Service is quick and sandwiches are delicious and fresh.
My husband and I went to Jersey Mike’s in Saratoga. We ordered 2 giant (I would hate to see a regular size sub) subs. They were only 6 inches. Both fit in one 12 inch bag. I questioned this to the cashier and she confirmed both subs were in there
The place was disgusting. Floor was filthy from the night before. We originally ordered to eat in. But, quickly decided to take it to go.
We arrived at 10:20am. They opened at 10:00. So, I am sure they didn’t have a rush before we arrived. I have to say we were disappointed.
I would not recommend Jersey Mike’s to anyone. We will not be a return customer.
We paid $15 a for 6 inch sub. It was all bread and no filling. We got the Jersey Mike’s steak, onion, peppers and american cheese.
I usually visit the location in Bethel Park, Pa, I was there recently and had a coupon that was sent to me and used it with no problems. I visited the location on 2-22-21 and they would not take a coupon that I had. Apparently the employees at this location are not trained properly and do not provide customer service. It was not for a lot of money but will no longer visit because of this. I guess when company thinks they are big they forget about the people that made them. If if you can't provide the service then don't send out to customers.
I absolutely love the food and the staff Jersey Mike's on Coors and I40 they are amazing! The manager Drew is awesome he always takes care of his customers I really appreciate how he goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are happy thank you so much crew I love you guys!
Was very expensive! Almost $16.00 for a 12 inch sub. I got an Italian sub which tasted like a ham and cheese.i had to ask for more veggies as they were skimpy. Needless to say, I can get a way better sub for half the price. Will definitely not be going back.
Jersey Mike’s uses an organized crime entity to have orders placed thru Postmates
I order $21 worth of subs from Jersey Mike’s through Postmates and I got there waited 20 minutes asked about my order they have no record of an order with my name so I canceled the order on the post mates app Messages text message and of course the $21 debit is still on my Chase account they are thieves and there’s no customer service you call up the number and it always says 59 minute wait no matter what you cannot get through to anyone it is a scam boycott Postmates and Jersey Mike’s
